Asamkhya is a small, AI-native venture studio. Technology, creative, and
strategy operate as one team, embedded with partners or building
originals end-to-end.
The next decade of software belongs to small teams with taste and leverage.
Models are commodities; judgement is not. We exist to ship products where the
strategy, the architecture, and the surface are obviously the work of the same
hands.
We don't think of design and engineering as separate disciplines, or of
creative and technology as separate departments. The studio is one room.
Decisions move quickly because the people making them sit next to the people
implementing them. Often, they're the same person.
How we operate · 002
Partner Mode · embedded with you
Embedded as your team.
We slot in as co-founders or a senior product cell. Strategy, design, and
shipping, under one roof, on your timeline. No translation layers, no relay
races. You get one team that imagines the product and ships it.
Co-founder-grade ownership, not staff augmentation
Products we believe in, owned end-to-end. Built in public, on our own clock,
for problems we keep running into. Rxsha, Silly Macros, Bombay Bhukkad,
Planet Mahjong.
Asamkhya, asaṃkhya, Sanskrit for "innumerable", names the studio's
bet: that the surface area of useful, well-made software is effectively
infinite, and that the bottleneck is taste, not capability.
We started as a group of operators, designers, and engineers tired of watching
good ideas get diluted in handoff. We built the studio so the people who
imagine a product can also ship it. No translation layers. No relay races.
Just one room, one table, and a shipping cadence we keep to ourselves.
Principles · 004
Small on purpose
Headcount is a tax on speed. We stay deliberately small.
Compounding craft
Each project sharpens the next. We don't reset between gigs.
Ship in public
Real users, real timelines. Demos are debt; releases are proof.
Taste over scale
We'd rather make four great things than forty good ones.
